When will my order be delivered?
SHIPPING POLICY
UK Shipping
We offer the following shipping options for UK customers:
- Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48): FREE - Delivery within 2-3 working days
- Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24): £4.99 - Next working day delivery
- Special Delivery Guaranteed: £8.99 - Guaranteed next day delivery by 1pm
All UK orders are dispatched from our UK location. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
US Shipping
We ship to the United States with a flat rate of £23.99.
Important: We cover all import duties and taxes for our US customers. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery, ensuring a transparent checkout experience with no surprises.
Delivery times to the US are typically 7-14 working days depending on your location and customs clearance.
Canada Shipping
We ship to Canada with a flat rate of £23.99.
Important: Prices shown to Canadian customers are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and reflect currency conversion from our UK pricing. Canadian customers are responsible for any applicable GST/HST, PST, and customs duties that may be charged upon delivery. These fees are determined by Canadian customs and are not included in your order total.

EU & International Shipping

Can I Return my product?
Our “no quibble” means any order can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the parcel, providing they are in original resalable condition.
