When will my order be delivered?

We use Royal Mail for most shipments in the U.K. , but in some cases (such as the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and certain parts of Europe and the rest of the world), we will use a courier. All shipping methods are usually fully trackable. Orders generally reach U.K. addresses between 2 and 5 days.

All orders are shipped within 3 business days. We do not ship on weekends.

Shipments to the US and most of Canada take 7-20 business days with tracked service. Shipments to most of Europe take 3-10 business days with DPD or equivalent service. Shipments to other worldwide destinations take 10-30 days usually with Royal Mail.

If you are in for your delivery, the courier will generally leave a card and make another delivery attempt the next business day. You can also contact the courier to arrange a local pick-up or redelivery. Please note that we cannot give specific delivery instructions to the courier.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

International buyers from outside the U.K. are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Can I Return my product?

Our “no quibble” means any order can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the parcel, providing they are in original resalable condition.

You can email us any time and ask for our call back service. We will ring you back. You will need to provide your contact telephone number when messaging us initially.

What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?

Get in touch! We work hard to deliver your items without damage and package them very carefully. However accidents can happen and we rely on our delivery partners to uphold our same standards.

Absolutely! All of our products are made using only genuine leather. We believe in the timeless beauty and quality of leather, which is why we use only the finest Italian hides in all of our products. You can trust that when you purchase from our store, you’re getting a genuine leather product of the highest quality.

Do you guarantee your products?

We stand behind the quality of our leather products and offer a 1-year warranty on all of our products. If you encounter any issues with your leather product within the first year of ownership, please contact us so that we can assist you with a repair or replacement. Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and we will do everything we can to make that happen.

Yes, we ship worldwide to most regions and countries. International shipping fees will be clearly visible at checkout before any purchase is made.
